Capture the reference
The buyer names the search that started the project and the building use. The search term stays a reference. It does not become the supplier identity on the quotation.
The desk helps a business buyer turn a steel-hall search into a brief that factories can answer. It does not publish a founding year, a plant list, a tonnage capacity or a client count, because those facts are not on file here. Affiliation with llentab is not claimed, and original-brand product is not offered.

The marks below are process stages. They are not calendar years and they are not milestones of a factory.
The buyer names the search that started the project and the building use. The search term stays a reference. It does not become the supplier identity on the quotation.
Footprint, clear span, eave height, bay spacing, design dead load, design live load, wind speed and ground snow load are written with units before factories are copied.
Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey each get a column. Freight and tax stay visible. A budget, if the buyer adds one, states currency and whether it is per building set or for the whole order.
Missing jurisdiction, missing foundation interface or a document that does not name the quoted system goes back to the buyer. The desk does not fill those gaps with assumptions presented as facts.
Factories reply under their own names on the quotation. This page does not borrow their certificates.
IBC and IRC applicability depends on the authority having jurisdiction. The desk does not declare compliance.
A steel hall is not described here as a HUD Code manufactured home. Those regimes are different.
Comparable quotations are the output. A reduction against an unnamed market figure is not calculated.
Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided is a preference the buyer can add. It is not a verified rating.
Structural acceptance, permits and site safety remain with the buyer and the professionals the buyer engages.
A limitation worth stating three times in different clothes: reactions at the foundation interface are not a foundation design; a coating mass on a data sheet is not a coastal durability opinion; a transport envelope that fits a highway is not a crane lift plan for the pad. Each of those pairs is a handoff, and the desk’s job is to keep the handoff visible.
People who usually write these briefs include a developer procurement lead, a general contractor buyer, or a distributor comparing hall systems for resale. An architect, a structural engineer and a logistics planner often review the same file. KeystoneLink Sourcing does not replace those roles.
Use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity and destination are enough to open a factory request. Add documents you want named on the reply.
