KeystoneLink Sourcing privacy policy
This policy explains how KeystoneLink Sourcing handles information you place in an inquiry about alternative steel buildings. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not llentab and does not claim authorized dealer status. The policy is not a description of any other company’s privacy practices.
Information you submit
The inquiry form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company name, and a requirements note. You may also type a reference product, an optional budget, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. When JavaScript runs, those optional items are copied into the requirements note at the moment of submit. They are not stored as separate named fields by this page. If JavaScript is off, the page asks you to type the same items into the note yourself.
Why the note is read
The note is read to see whether a factory quotation can be requested on a shared basis: building use, dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope. Incomplete notes may be returned to the email you supplied. The desk does not use the note to build a public customer list and does not publish your project as a case study.
What is not collected on the page
The contact page does not ask you to drop a pin, upload drawings, or create an account. Drawing files, if a project later needs them, are arranged in the written reply, not through an upload control on this form. Payment card data is not requested because the form is not a checkout.
Browser storage for the support note
A sourcing-support notice may store the time it was first shown in local storage so the notice can stop after 604800000 milliseconds. Closing the notice can store a session flag so the bar stays hidden for that browser session. That storage is not your project brief. Clearing site data removes it. The brief itself travels with the form post to /service/feedback.act.
Sharing
Details needed to request a quotation may be sent to factories you ask the desk to contact, limited to the specification, quantity, destination, timing and commercial scope in your note. The desk does not sell the note. A factory’s own privacy terms apply once that factory corresponds with you directly.
Retention and correction
Inquiry correspondence is kept long enough to finish the comparison you asked for and to answer a follow-up about the same brief. To correct an email address or withdraw a note, send a message from the contact form or from the address you used. If the production mailbox is not yet connected, the page will not pretend a deletion receipt already exists. The site record states that a live endpoint and a receipt check are still pending.
Children
The desk is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and briefs about personal household browsing are not the intended use.
