KeystoneLink Sourcing terms of service
These terms cover use of the KeystoneLink Sourcing website and the inquiry form at /service/feedback.act. They describe a coordination desk for business buyers who want factory quotations on alternative steel buildings. They are not a contract to sell a building, a frame, or a brand-name hall.
Independent role
KeystoneLink Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The desk is not llentab and does not claim authorized dealer status. Submitting a brief does not appoint the desk as your agent for construction, engineering seals, or permit filings. Factories that later send quotations do so under their own names and terms.
What a submission is
The form collects a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company, and a requirements note. Optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference are merged into that same note when the browser supports the form data event. They are not separate orders. A budget is not a quotation and a preference is not a verified factory rating.
You agree to write specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timing in the note. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey scopes should be named if you know them. If a line is unknown, say it is open. The desk may return the file when loads, jurisdiction or destination are missing, because a price without those lines cannot be compared.
No technical acceptance
Drawings, load tables, welding notes and coating descriptions that arrive from a factory belong to that quotation. They are not adopted by this website. International Building Code, International Residential Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 may be named as documents to request. Naming them here does not mean the desk holds those credentials or that a quoted system complies at your site.
You remain responsible for engaging the structural engineer, the code reviewer and the logistics planner your project needs. Foundation design, crane lift plans and site safety are outside the desk’s work.
Catalog labels
Product names on the inquiry catalog are labels for a request. They are not stock, not a warranty of availability, and not a statement that a configuration matches a third-party system. Images may be empty until a supplier file exists for a live quotation.
Limits of the pages
Articles and specification notes are buyer checklists. They use example spans, eave heights, wind speeds and snow loads so a brief has units. Those examples are not measurements of your site and not offers. You must replace them.
The support note on this site mentions FREE sourcing support up to 3 percent. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after the product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed. The note is not a fixed reduction, not a lowest-price statement, and not a timer.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s credentials, or a brief you are not allowed to share. Do not treat the desk’s written questions as a permit. The website may be unavailable during maintenance. A missing page does not create an obligation to quote.
Liability boundary
To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for a factory’s late reply, a freight estimate, a code interpretation, or a decision you make from a comparison sheet. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. The reply uses the email on that submission. No street address is published because none is held out as a public counter.
