Contact KeystoneLink Sourcing with a steel-hall brief

There is no published street desk and no public phone line on this page. The reply path is the work email you type into the form. KeystoneLink Sourcing reads complete briefs and writes back to that address. A map pin would invent an office the file does not contain.

Specification sheets stacked beside a blank reply envelope

Where the reply goes

Use a work email the project team actually opens. The desk does not keep a second address book and does not publish a switchboard number.

What gets read

Use, clear span, eave height, design loads with units, jurisdiction, quantity and destination. A brand name alone is returned for those missing lines.

When a file moves

The next reply checks the brief for open inputs. Mark unknown wind, snow or destination lines as unknown; the desk does not invent a design basis or promise a reply window.

Three writing steps

  1. Identity
  2. Building brief
  3. Budget preference

The same fields sit in the short dialog opened from a product card. This page adds the step rail and the notes beside it so the brief is not a lone box on a blank sheet.

Optional budget needs a currency and a basis: one building set, or the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or not sure is a preference. It does not rank a factory. If scripts are disabled, type that preference into the requirements box.

KeystoneLink Sourcing remains an independent sourcing partner. The form does not order a llentab building and does not claim authorized dealer status. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey should be named in the requirements so the quotations share a scope.

Write design dead load and design live load in psf when you know them. Add wind speed in mph, the wind exposure category, ground snow load in psf, and the seismic design category if the site needs one. An example you must replace, not a default of this desk, is a 60 ft clear span, an 18 ft eave height and 20 ft bay spacing. Purlin and girt spacing, a rigid frame versus a multi-bay line, and whether the roof is an insulated metal panel belong in the same note.

Three limits travel with every message. The desk does not seal a calculation under AISC 360 or ASCE 7. A fire-resistance rating is not inferred from a panel color. The foundation interface reactions a factory may send are not a foundation design. If those items are open, say so rather than leaving a blank that a supplier might price as included.

Include specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timing. A shell price, a delivered frame package and an installed building are different scopes.
